Important Update
On June 15, 2026, we will be changing our billing system.
This transition will bring you an improved, secure, user friendly experience that will include easier ways to manage your account.
What you need to do:
If you pay by invoice/check: Nothing changes for you right now. Moving forward, please note that all new invoices will come from our updated system. Please also note that your customer number on your invoices has changed.
If you are on Auto-Pay / Credit Card: Because of payment security standards, we cannot automatically migrate your credit card details. If you wish to set up a recurring payment, please take a few minutes to log into our secure portal and register . As a registered user you will also be able to view previous invoices and request service.
If you prefer, you can call our office and we can register your card for you.

If you would like to make a one time payment for an invoice, use the Pay Now button. You will be asked for your Billpayer ID, name and zip code. Please note that your customer number on your invoices has changed.
